We're investing massively in our global online business, so this is an area of huge opportunity.

The team looks after the whole end-to-end process including merchandising, marketing, sales, operations and website development and design. We utilise the latest technology and are always looking for new ways to engage customers online. But we never lose sight of the fact that, ultimately, George.com is a sales channel. This means its primary goal is to deliver our sales and profit targets. So we make it our business to have an in-depth understanding of our customers and the online market.

A team at the centre of things

There are a number of exciting and different roles within the team that require a wide array of skills including commercial awareness, creativity, and relationship management. We liaise with many teams across the business including designers, buyers, merchandisers, marketing and retail. So the team has to work, innovate and adapt very quickly.
