Whilst George do not offer a specific head office graduate scheme you will receive fantastic training and career opportunities to progress as quickly, in whatever direction you may choose.

store - retail management graduate scheme

ASDA runs a Retail Management Graduate Scheme for graduates looking to pursue a career within store. During your first three months, you will undergo intensive training in one of our dedicated Stores Of Learning. You will then specialise and run a whole department yourself, taking full responsibility for profit and loss and for the wellbeing of 50-200 colleagues. You will progress from Department Manager to Team Leader, then run a small store within three years. After that, set your sights on becoming a General Store Manager in five years.
