Healthy competition.

All George Managers enjoy being part of a strong support network across the UK, where great advice is always available and new ideas and best practice are shared. They also enjoy being competitive. It's in their nature. So, whilst we all work towards common goals, everyone wants their store to be at the top of our sales and performance charts. The very best even get to make it on stage at the awards ceremony at the George Manager annual conference. At Asda Living, the volume of sales is huge compared to other stores on the retail park. So, to keep everyone on their toes, our Regional Coaches run competitions whereby different stores compete for a 'best store product launch award'.
