Stores of Learning.
Like us you'll always be setting yourself new challenges and looking at ways to improve. After all, you want to be the best. So, you'll enjoy the fact that your development will begin from day one with up to eight weeks of training in one of our store training centres. We call them Stores of Learning. To our colleagues they are where they get to know our ways of working, both in the classroom and on the shop floor. Here you'll work alongside our Training Manager to learn about everything from supply, distribution, deliveries and block planning to shop floor layout, communications and visual merchandising. As our Asda Living stores have their own unique store environment, they have their own Store of Learning to support specific training such as Duty Manager responsibilities when they have to step in to deputise for the Store Manager.
