We don't underestimate the importance of merchandising. It's the frontline of our business. You won't want to miss out on an opportunity to make customers happy and set the tills ringing. Thousands of customers need to be able to quickly find products in their size, know the price and accessorise their outfit. It sounds simple. You know it's not. It takes excellent planning, especially when you'll quickly land product ranges on time, right first time and commercially flex to adapt ranges to your space. A good planner with a real vision for product, your merchandising skills will enable you to pre-empt, react with speed and always deliver a strong customer experience.

Looking at everything differently.

Nobody will understand your customers better than you and your team. So, you won't just implement plans. You'll bring stock in to meet local needs. Enjoying exceptional support and a good relationship with your Regional George Manager and merchandising teams at George House, you'll feedback on displays and help to take them to the next level. You'll think creatively across every aspect of merchandising from presentation and stock replenishment to department layout and new sales initiatives. You'll run your own competitions and wear products to promote Christmas and Halloween ranges. More than that, you'll put on product launches to remember from troupes of dancers in store to fashion shows that show parents the latest school uniforms.
