Our stores are the most vital part of the whole business, no question. It's where our customers buy the clothes and the way the stores look and feel defines our brand.

store planners and designers

There are also a number of roles for Store Planners who look at design from a 2D perspective and help to plot a customer's journey through the store. Store Designers have a more conceptual role covering the whole shopping environment from lighting to the different ways that fashions are displayed.

sales development (visual merchandiser)

This role has a lot of elements of a typical Visual Merchandiser role, ensuring that we maximise sales through the display of the product in store. You'll help create a retail environment, which will entice and increase customer conversion and spend by working with:

  • Buyers to look at the options and how the range can be displayed in store space available.
  • Merchandisers to consider the impact of the quantity bought and the impact of stock availability.
  • Store Colleagues to build an understanding of their customer profile so you can take advantage of local opportunities.

Communication is key in this role, as you'll liaise with the stores on a regular basis, often visiting in person. You'll also produce communication that will help store colleagues implement your vision for product display, in order to ensure your vision has the impact on sales it intended.
