A store's George Manager is responsible for running a multi-million pound department. Our stores range from a small store format all the way up to a super-centre where our George offer can be laid out across 15,000 plus sq ft.
Every store's George Manager is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience and for managing and developing a team of up to 20 colleagues. With stock changing from week to week and new fashions always being introduced - it's a very busy department!

Our colleagues who work on the shopfloor make shopping at George a real pleasure. They're the people who won't just tell you where something is, they'll take you to it and who will always say "hello" and ask if you need any help if it looks like you need some.
